Event Details:

• BBB members will tour the Rockford Airport and learn about their operation and services. Bus tour will provide a behind-the-scene look at the people and facilities who run the airport and grounds.

• Meet the group in the parking lot just south of the main terminal parking lot at 10:30 to board the bus. Tour begins at 11am sharp.

• Tour includes visits of the main terminal updates, AAR, fire station, the snow removal equipment building, and perhaps Code1 Aviation. AAR is an aircraft heavy maintenance facility and Code1 restores old Russian fighter jets (and sells them!)

• Lunch afterwards at Fritz’s Wooden Nickel, Stillman Valley Il. ETA for lunch is 1:30pm if you want to meet us at the restaurant.

• RSVP in advance with one of the event hosts, Lynda Vickery and Sandy Hamaker. Bus seating is limited, sign up early.
